Older Adult Services

We help older adults unravel the complexities to age well in community.  Clients can expect wrap around services to support aging well in community.  We support those who are 55 years of age or older, residents of Camrose or Camrose or Camrose County, receive the Alberta Senior’s Benefit (applies to maintenance of property), have a modest income and a simple tax situation.

Services include:

  • Community Volunteer Income Tax program
  • Support with essential yard & home maintenance
  • Meals on Wheels
  • Transportation for appointments, pick up groceries/prescriptions, specialist appointments, etc.
  • “A helpful neighbor”- regular home visits from a qualified volunteer with a focus on well-being
  • Connect older adults to their community
  • Respond to concerns or complaints about abuse
  • Government issued ID program
  • Navigation of government forms, programs and benefits
  • Homemaker Services
  • Community pantry (no referral required)
  • Transit tokens
