Battle River School Division serves families of K to 12 students, operating schools and programs within the City of Camrose, Camrose County, Beaver County and Flagstaff County. In addition to having two outreach and 10 colony schools, we have 19 schools in 13 different centres, covering about 6,300 square km. BRSD programming includes French Immersion, hockey academy and online learning. Through its International Student Program, BRSD welcomes dozens of students annually from across the globe to its school communities.

Camrose Adult Learning Council is a grassroots community-based nonprofit society funded by the Alberta Government to provide, promote, and increase access to adult foundational (Grade 1-9 level) learning opportunities in areas such as Adult Literacy, Numeracy, Skills for Learning, Basic Digital Skill, English Language Learning, and Community Capacity Building. We also offer a GED Prep Course which prepares adult learners to write the GED Exam.
We deliver quality community-based adult learning opportunities by removing barriers (financial, and others) to meet the learning and employability needs of adults. At Camrose and Area Adult Learning Council, we seek to help foundational adult learners by providing a service in a welcoming and non-judgmental environment.
