Family Violence Affects Everyone, We Can Help
Our programs are designed to support people in creating a respectful, supportive, and violence-free community where people are safe and secure. Our groups all work towards:
- developing skills and techniques to use in the future
- a better understanding of self
- developing bonds with others who have similar experiences
Supportive. Respectful. Violence-free.
Programs
Anger Management
We know it can be hard and overwhelming to feel that your anger is hurtful to those you love. Learning to work with anger is an important life skill that has to be discovered. It’s okay to feel angry and overwhelmed.
If your anger is causing harm to yourself or others, we can help you find the skills to manage it and direct it in healthy ways. No matter your history, you can have a life that feels calm and free of violence.
Intimate Partner Violence
Relationships are an essential part of leading a healthy and fulfilling life. Learn how to eliminate violence and abuse to have more fulfilling relationships and less conflict.
Intimate partner violence education/counselling groups are for adults who have experienced any form of abusive behaviour in relationships. We offer separate groups for those who identify as men and women.
Child & Youth Programs
Helping children and youth manage their emotions can be tough. Our programs focus on building essential skills like emotional regulation and resilience. In a supportive group setting, they’ll learn to handle stress and anger with confidence.
We provide a safe space where young people feel understood and empowered. Through engaging activities and guidance from trained facilitators, they’ll gain the tools to thrive emotionally and socially, setting them up for a healthier future.
Information & Referral
We’re here to provide guidance and connect individuals with the resources they need. Our goal is to make accessing support as easy as possible:
We match individuals to the programs that best meet their needs.
Quick referrals to ensure help is available when it’s needed most.
