Volunteer navigators support individuals aged 55+ through health declines, offering a listening ear and helping connect them and their families to resources that promote independence and quality of life.

Help individuals 55+ with modest incomes remain independent as a Senior’s CHOICES volunteer, providing yard and home maintenance.
Kitchen Helper or Delivery Driver
Assist the Twists & More kitchen in creating, plating, and delivering homemade, fresh & frozen meals to thankful community members.
Volunteer Driver
Providing transportation through Drive Happiness to older adults (aged 55+) wherever they may need, from social outings to medical appointments, volunteer drivers are able to enhance mobility and connect individuals to the resources they need to live & age well.

Follow the steps below to become a volunteer.
Step 1: Submit Application Online
Create an account for Better Impact and fill out our online application form with your personal information and areas of interest.
Step 2: Meet With Volunteer Coordinator
We'll discuss your options and address any questions. After that, we'll contact your references. If everything is in order, you'll need to apply for a police information and vulnerable sector check.
Step 3: Complete
Training
Once accepted, you will need to read our volunteer handbook, and complete training to prepare you for your volunteer role.
