About Our Programs
We offer an 8 to 12-week programs that provide children and youth with the tools they need to manage anxiety, stress, and anger. We aim to help them:
- cope with the effects of trauma or family violence
- foster emotional strength
- promote long-term mental well-being
Our goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where your child can thrive.

Our programs are designed to make kids feel empowered and equipped to face life’s challenges. Here’s what your child will experience:
Fun & Engaging Activities
Each session includes interactive exercises and group activities.
New Tools to Handle Emotions
They'll learn easy-to-understand techniques for managing stress, anger, and anxiety.
A Safe Space to Share
They’ll have the chance to talk about their experiences with peers who understand.
Positive Built Friendships
They’ll improve their social skills and build positive relationships with other kids or teens.
Positive Support From Leaders
Trained facilitators will guide them and offer encouragement.
