We provide nutritious meals to individuals in our community, promoting their well-being. Whether you're a new mom, a busy family, an independent senior, or requiring access to easy healthy meals, we offer meals designed to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. Affordable fresh and frozen meals are lovingly prepared by Twists & More and delivered throughout the City of Camrose. Frozen meals are available to residents in Camrose County including the villages of Bawlf, Bittern Lake, Edberg, Ferintosh, Hay Lakes, and Rosalind. Care centered around you and led by your family doctor in partnership with other healthcare professionals. The PCN uses a team-based approach to focus on your health goals. Programs to help you live healthier include Chronic Disease prevention and management (Nurse Practitioner, Dietician, Nurse), Prenatal care and prenatal loss support, Geriatrics assessment and fall prevention, and Adult Behavioural Health Consultants, and Transitional Care.
