Follow these steps to register for our pre-school program.

Step 1

Download the pre-school registration form below and read the handbook & policies found on the Parent Information page.

Step 2

Fill in the registration form and email to info@camrosepreschool.ca for processing. Any missing information will delay acceptance.

Step 3

A registration fee must be paid to confirm your child's spot in pre‑school.

Don't Forget! Along with your registration form please send in the pre‑authorized debit and medication record.

Registration Notices

Your child's spot is NOT considered confirmed until:

  • Registration Forms are complete and not missing any information.
  • Registration Fee has been received.
    • We accept credit cards over the phone (780-672-0141) or in person (4821‑51 Street, Camrose).

Medication Record

  • If your child has an Inhaler or Epi‑Pen and it is indicated on the registration form, you must complete the Medication Record form in order for your child to have the medication at pre‑school.
  • The medication MUST be with the child each day they attend pre-school or left at pre‑school in our medication box.

Pre-School Fees

Morning Class

2x per week

$150.00
- $75.00 (Affordability Grant)

Parent Portion: $75.00 per month

Afternoon Class

3x per week

$225.00
- $75.00 (Affordability Grant)

Parent Portion: $150.00 per month

Other Fees

Late Fee: $25 per incident per child
NSF Fee: $45 per incident

Alberta Child Care Subsidy

Available to families with children 0 to kindergarten‑age (including kindergarten) with an annual income of less than $180,000. Subsidy cannot be shared between pre-school and child care.

Yes, parents can volunteer in the classroom and on field trips. All volunteers will need a volunteer police check with the vulnerable sector. A letter from the director will allow for a $15 police check.

Our preferred method of payment is pre-authorized Debit (PAD). We can also accept debit, VISA or Mastercard payments in person at the office or VISA or Mastercard over the phone. If you qualify for subsidies we will need confirmation.

Yes, there is a $60 non refundable registration fee due when forms are submitted. Our family rate for multiple children is $85. Registration is not confirmed until registration fee is paid in full.
