A non-competitive dance program focused on providing a healthy all inclusive atmosphere. Professional instructors and quality dance training in ballet, jazz, contemporary and hip hop for ages 18 months to 18 years. Creating well rounded, physically strong and emotionally connected dancers. Options to attend competition for dancers wanting the personal challenge. Fall sessions and full year programming available.

Join one of our three non-auditioned choirs: Mannskor - for lower voices on Monday evenings, Sangkor- for higher voices on Thursday evenings, and SingAble- our inclusion choir on Tuesday evenings.

If you like toe-tapping jazz tunes from the early '30s and on, delivered in a brassy blast, you'll get what you came for with this energetic group. This 18-piece band shows up with all of the old favourites in tune, and peppers some contemporary favourites in every gig. Started in 2015, Battle River Big Band is primarily comprised of band and music teachers, and seasoned musicians, living in the communities in and around Camrose and Wetaskiwin. As the Battle River runs through or near these centres, the name suits this band to a tee. The band has performed in Camrose at the Bailey Theatre, and downtown during Jaywalkers' Jamboree.

A group of avid quilters with any level of experience or expertise who meet to share ideas and enjoy quilting together.  We make quilts to support various charities, either giving quilts directly or for fundraisers.  We hold retreats a couple times a year where members work on their own projects or charity quilts.  We also share activities such as workshops, retreats or social gatherings with other guilds.

The Camrose and District Craft Centre is a non-profit organization offering year long instruction in light and spacious studios for pottery, weaving, and woodworking. It's a great place to learn new skills! Visit the website to make email enquiries.

We organize and promote an annual competitive music festival each April for students of classical music, dance and speech arts in accordance with the rules of the Alberta Music Festival Association, of which we are a member.

Camrose Academy of Dance is a non-profit society, which provides dance education for students, ages 3 and up, in the Camrose area. Classes run from September - May. Classes offered: Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Large Performance Groups, Modern, and Adult.

The Camrose Camera Club extends a warm welcome to all people in photographic arts. Teaching Adults and Teens: Studio Portraiture, Backlighting, Double Exposures, Using Filters, Lenses and Accessories. Digital Lab using Photoshop Elements, Proshow gold and other software that members are using to enhance their images. Course Offerings: How to buy, how to use, Digital darkroom, composition. Run courses for the Public through the Arts Society.

Camrose Camerata is a mixed-voice adult chamber choir that meets Monday evenings, and performs three concerts per year (a shared Lessons and Carols at Christmas, a concert in January, and another in April or May). This award-winning auditioned group is based on reasonable membership rates, inclusive camaraderie, and high calibre music-making. We often sing a cappella or with our wonderful pianist, but have also brought in excellent instrumentalists to round out our varied concerts. Each season runs mid-September to the end of April/beginning of May. Rehearsals are Mondays, and are centrally located in the United Church.

A group of model aircraft enthusiasts.  Meetings held first Wednesday of each month.  Membership dues $25.00 per year.  We fly our model airplanes at Alberta's Littlest Airport.

Who we are - Choirs for kids! Three groups: two non-auditioned and one auditioned. Our choirs are for kids who love to sing! Come check out Jr. Choir for grades 1-3 (K with interview), Sr. Choir for grades 4-9, and Vivo Cantando Ensemble (auditioned) for grades 5-12 with more experience. All groups are inclusive, encouraging and engaging. We sing all styles of music in fun and challenging arrangements, and perform in three concerts per year, with various optional extras. Costs are reasonable, time commitment is fair and clearly outlined, instruction is high calibre and experienced. Each season runs mid-September to the end of April/beginning of May. Rehearsals are Tuesday afternoon/evenings, and are centrally located downtown in the United Church hall. The Camrose and Area Children's Choirs exist to provide varied, high-quality learning and performing experiences to children and teens in the greater Camrose region. Through rehearsals, performances, workshops, excursions and tours, our members explore and expand their love of music and the voice. Through participation in local and regional festivals, functions, and concerts, singers learn to appreciate all that music can bring to a well rounded live and community.

Rehearsals held in the CCHS band room. Open to anyone, age 18 and over, who plays a band instrument. Members provide their own instruments. Information on renting or purchasing available from director. Percussionists are required to pay a rental fee for use of CCHS equipment.

Churchmice Players is a registered Society and an all-ages amateur theatre group founded in 1980 to provide an opportunity for members of the community to showcase local talent. Anyone can become a member at any time.

Historical Theatre Community Theatre Group

Kelsey Drama Club is an amateur theatre group. Anyone interested in acting or working behind the scenes (stage crew, front of the house, etc.) are encouraged to join the club.

Ladies Chorus - For women who prefer a daytime rehearsal, this group rehearses Wednesdays at 1:00 p.m. They contribute to  events in the community. Messiah Choristers - a choir of mixed voices that enjoys singing on Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. For age 18 and up.

People of all levels of ability are welcome. Various media are being used. Located at the Chuck MacLean Art Centre.

Rose City Roots Music Society is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the arts and culture community in rural Alberta by bringing exciting live-music to downtown Camrose.

You don't have to be Ukrainian to join! We dance on Wednesdays, and have some community performances during weekends and evenings throughout the year. Ages 3 - Adult Welcome!
