Families have peace of mind that staff have skills and expertise to meet the needs of children with special health and development considerations. Leaders-in-Training: Youth aged 15 - 24 with special health and developmental considerations work to develop their skills and citizenship, including self-awareness, volunteerism, and work experience and community involvement. Outreach: Supports adults with disabilities and those with acquired brain injury to live as independently as possible. Individuals may live in their own home or with a family member. Support staff helps with certain areas of daily living (e.g., medical, budgeting, meal planning, etc.). MORE Day Program: Provides meaningful activities during the day for adults with disabilities who are not seeking employment. Activities range from recreational, educational, social, volunteerism, etc. Rose Club: This member driven club is for adults with disabilities to socialize and enjoy quality recreational and educational activities together. Community Education: Various opportunities that focus on raising awareness and acceptance of all people. Education provided by individuals with disabilities within schools aims to teach children about different disabilities and how to be accepting of all people. SingAble is a program in partnership with Augustana University music faculty which encourages community members of all stages and ages to participate in an all-inclusive community choir. The program aims to provide all people the opportunity to experience the benefits and joys of music.
