Community Access & Employment Services: We serve adults with disabilities by providing opportunities to build independence through supported employment preparation and participation in community events and activities. Advocacy for individuals with employment barriers is provided through pre-employment training, career counselling, resume development, employment placement, job search, job maintenance and job retention support. Key components of the program includes the fostering of personal development through education, recreation, workability activities, and creative pursuits, while also incorporating direct participation in the volunteer sector. By enhancing life skill development and interpersonal relationship aptitudes through a variety of personal goal based programming activities, individuals become active and engaged community members.
