Description

With more than 8 years experience as a professional therapist, I'm an Attachment Focused (AF) EMDR therapist, trained by the Parnell Institute. I primarily offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, mindfulness, CBT. and DBT. I currently only work with adult clients online.
